I attended massachusetts college of pharmacy and i have been dismissed from my major because my minimum requirement weren’t met. so I want to transfer to umass boston but my gpa is way below the 2.5 transfer requirement becasue of my first year fluke. Can I apply as a freshman straight from high school even though i went to college or should i not take the risk?

If U Mass finds out that you have other college coursework out there (which is a strong possibility), you will get kicked out.
Your best bet is to re-take courses you failed at a Junior / Community college and raise your GPA up to 2.5, then transfer.
