Volunteering at the hospital is definitely a plus. Unless you have some hidden weapon, e.g. a legacy, rich parents, belong to a minority, amazing sports, etc, I think Princeton and Brown are long shots, but you have a pretty good chance with the rest of the schools on your list. It is well regarded for its premed program and is ranked higher in US News & World Report rankings than all of the schools on your list except for Princeton, Brown and Tufts.
