Overall Which School Is Better Tennessee-knoxville Or East Tennessee State University?

I have been dreaming about going to UTK since about 8th grade. I was wanting to go to for UTK for something in business but lately I have been considering being a pharmacist. I know ETSU has a new pharmacy program. And I also know UTK has one. Another main reason why I wanted to go to UTK was to get the full college experience. Where stuff is going on all the time. It just doesn’t seem like there’s much going on at ETSU. I know I have a lot of friends going to ETSU and I don’t want to leave them. I will be able to get into either college but I just don’t know what to do. I want to better myself for my future. Will I get more recognition from ETSU or UTK? And can someone tell me what should I do on my decision and give me pros and cons of each school?

does anybody know any colleges in memphis, tennessee that has a pre-pharmacy program? i went to google to search but they pop up like 5 trillon things and i dont know what to click on. so if you know any colleges in memphis that has the pre-pharmacy program pleeeeeeease tell me the name of the school and the website.thanks.

hi i am interested in becoming a pharmacist and i want to go to university of tennessee college of pharmacy but they say i need pre-pharmacy classes i want to know is there any collges in memphis, tennessee that has pre-pharmacy classes and when they ask me what do you want to get a major in do i say pre-pharmacy or do i say chemistry, biology, or biochemistry what would be better i want a degree in doctor of pharmacy when i go to pharm school but what is better out of those three degrees for me and where is a college in memphis that i can get a major in one of those please help!!!!!!!!!!

Decent College Resume? Yes. No. Why?

I am currently a Freshman. I take all honors and plan on taking two AP classes. My GPA is or will be 3.75 at the end of this year.(all honors and my GPA probably won’t get lower than that) I will have played four years varsity basketball. Clubs: FBLA four years, FCA four Years, Student Council four years, Beta Club three years, and National Honor Society Three Years. Im not thinking about going to a Ivy league University or anything of that sort. Here are the colleges im going to apply to: The University of Georgia(Pharmacy School), University of tennessee at Chattanooga, Georgia Tech University, Georgia Southern University, and the Medical College of Georgia (Just if i decide to become a dentist). What do you think?

Where Can I Find Information On A College/university With A Good Pharmacy Program?

I live in Middle Tennessee and I am interested in pursuing a career in pharmacy. I would like to find a college/university that offers a good pharmacy program, and I am not against going to school out-of-state (though in-state schools are preferrable). Any information, especially from personal experience, will be much appreciated. A website, list, or the like would be much appreciated.

How Do I Become A Pharmacy Tech In Tennessee?

I can’t go to a school or do any program because I’m already in college for full time. I know there is some kind of test to take to become certified, but how do I take it? A friend of mine said that she just got a job, and learned everything as she went along, then took the test to become certified later. How realisitic is that working somewhere like Walgreen’s, CVS, or Rite Aid? Should I just to a local pharmacy and ask somebody.? Should I study some kind of book? Is there a book you can study? Can you be a pharmacy tech without going to school? If so, how?

Jobwise, What Is The Outlook In Nashville Tennessee For Pharmacy Technicians?

I am considering going to pharmacy tech school and wonder how prevalent is the job market in Nashville Tennessee. I want to see if it would be worth the effort or should I pick something else? Also, if I get a certification for pharmacy technician, would I be able to work in a veterinary hospital as a pharmacy tech?
