College: Pharmacy?

This Question From Pharmacy Technician Schools in Massachusetts | 2 Answers

QUESTION:

I am a junior and my GPA from 9th and 10th grade is a 3.5. For 11th grade for the 1st marking period I have a 3.8 and I got a 710 on my Math Level 1 SAT IIs. I am taking my SAT for the first time this Saturday. I am going to visit colleges in April during spring break.
I want to go into Pharmacy. I live in NJ and I do not want to go too far. My list so far is in this order of preference: Rutgers, USP, and then Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Northeastern. (Is Northeastern better or Mass. of Pharmacy?) Should I call up these schools for their visiting dates or are they always open?
When I do my applications how many schools should I apply too? I have 4 so far. What are some other really good Pharmacy Colleges/Schools in the Northeast (not too far from NJ)?
Thank You.

St. John’s University. One of the top Pharmacy programs in the country. Not far from New Jersey and you can live on campus now.

Why do you want to go into pharmacy? You seem remotely more intelligent than that; shoot for better schools and a better career. You may be surprised by your SAT scores.
