I currently have a gpa of a 3.875, but I took my first two years of college at austin community college and now I am looking to transfer into the University of Texas College of pharmacy. Basically, is because my first two years of college were at a community college going to be a problem. All information is appreciated.

    It’s going to be a breeze for you. Since you have more experience, and coming from a college background already, you will definitely have a chance. However, there are a lot of people eyeballing this field and I recommend that your GPA in university to be equal to your GPA at community college.

    Yes, taking all your pre-reqs at a CC can be a problem. It depends on the school. Some schools do not accept science credit from CCs. Many of your competition already have bachelors.
