Go to New Jersey.gov and New York.gov for a Department of Licensing or Board of Pharmacy to find the authority that issues licenses. Tell them about your situation. They could advise you as to whether it would be possible to advance your education with a graduate degree in the US to qualify to take the exam. Best wishes.
A 4 year bachelors degree is not an equivalent degree by definition. You won’t be allowed to practice pharmacy in the U.S unless you have at leat a 5 year degree.
