Medical School is 8 years (4 undergrad followed by 4 in Medical School plus a 3 to 11 year residency). Pharmacy school (for a PharmD) is also 8 years (4 undergrad and 4 pharmacy)

From the time you graduate high school, it takes between 6 and 8 years to become a pharmacist. 2-4 years of undergrad and 4 years of pharmacy school.
There is only one pharmacy in NJ, and it is at Rutgers.
My sister is doing the same thing and i think it takes 4 years!
