LEARN HOW TO BECOME A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN WITH THE ADVICE OF REAL PEOPLE

I May Be Working In New York, Yet Live Out Of State, And I Am Only 16. Is This Possible?

This Question From Pharmacy Technician Schools in New York | 1 Answer

QUESTION:

My aunt may be getting me a job as a pharmacy tech at the hospital she works at on Long Island, New York. I currently live in North Carolina (originally from New York, with my birth certificate confirming that). I would be moving to New York to live with my aunt over the summer if this goes through.
I understand that someone my age (16) would need working papers to get a job in New York (not the case in North Carolina). How would I get these papers if I am not currently enrolled in a New York school? Would they even be necessary?

I don’t know about working papers. I don’t think it is legal in ANY state to work in as a pharmacy tech at 16.
