How well you do in your undergraduate courses, PCAT score and extracurriculars will make a difference. I'm in my 3rd year of pharmacy school and its not any more difficult than organic chem, calculus or physics.....you do have to work for it though. ( I got a 26 on my ACT if it makes a difference to you.....also got accepted to pharmacy school on my first try). I say if you want it bad enough, its possible. Knowing how competitive it is to get accepted beforehand is an advantage. Do something to set yourself apart if you can. If you love science the undergraduate courses won't be wasted if pharmacy doesn't happen for you. They are your basic science courses anyway and will go for other degrees in the science field anyways. ACT score really doesn’t reflect if you will get into pharmacy school.
