I plan to go to SDSU to get a bachelor of arts degree in chem. Then I plan to transfer to a pharmacy school in CA or Oregon ST. because they dont require the PCAT What do you think. Do you have any suggestions???

That’ll mean your GPA will be a bigger issue than at PCAT schools. For public schools, if you are not an in-stater, it is harder to get in. There is a pharmacy school at SDSU. It’ll be easier to get in there.
