LEARN HOW TO BECOME A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN WITH THE ADVICE OF REAL PEOPLE
This Question From Pharmacy Technician Schools | 1 Answer
I’m not a student in your field of study, but I have a bad memory, and had my fair share of classes where memorization of important items were needed to pass tests. I’m a very visual person. I need to see something in order to understand and learn better. My solution to memorization was recopy, recopy, recopy! I’d spend days recopying my notes and making diagrams and flash cards for myself, and would drill, drill, drill. I never failed a test this way (Unless it was science-related… I’m an artist
)
I also read that chewing gum while studying can help you retain more info. I’m not sure if it’s true, but hey, pop in a piece of sugar-free, whitening gum and have a field day.
I also read submerging your arm in cold water (like, with ice cubes) also helps you memorize better… tried it once, not sure if it actually helped.
