Well there is absolutely no doubt that you are from New Jersey. Otherwise, I doubt you would have mentioned the likes of Montclair State University. Nonetheless heres my take given your information.
Montclair= yes you’ll definitely get in no problem. Out of all these schools, this is most certainly your biggest safety school.
Rutgers= no you almost definitely aren’t going to get into Rutgers with your academic resume.
Uconn= like rutgers you aren’t going to get in here
Penn State = once again ahahaha you aren’t getting in here
University of the Sciences in Philadelphia= yes, you probably will get in here. It’s not too difficult, especially if you have decent math and science grades, although even if you don’t you still have a good shot.
Massachusetts college of pharmacy and health science + it will be tougher to get in here than USP, but nonetheless you still have a good shot. I say you will get in here fairly easily.
    Boston University= keep dreaming
Pace university= yes you will definitely get into Pace. I wouldn’t expect too much financial aid though, but I could be wrong, because your grades are good enough to get you into pace, but maybe not good enough to get you a big cash. prize.
So I have told you that you will get into or most likely will get into Montclair, USP, MCPHS, and Pace
I have told you that you will not get into or most likely not get into Rutgers, Uconn, Penn State, and Boston University. Though if you apply to these four schools I’d say you have a 50 percent chance of getting into one of them out of the four total. Keep that in mind. Especially if you retake your SAT and get an 1800 although I still think you have a 50 percent shot out of all 4 of the schools of getting into one—if you’re lucky (Rutgers would be my guess if you did).
Also, after taking a look at your information, and the schools you have listed, I would suggest these 4 schools as well: St. John’s University (NYC), Hofstra University (hour outside NYC), Seton Hall (NJ—sure you knew that), and Temple University in Philly. Also maybe give Drexel a try in Philly. It would be a reach, but hey give it a try.
Hey good luck kid, and remember only apply to between 6-9 schools. If you also take into account the schools I’ve listed here are the eight I would apply to based on rep and your information:
Pace, Montclair, MCPHS, Uconn, Rutgers, Seton Hall, Hofstra, St. John’s, and Temple.
also my personal opnion is that it is better to go to school for chemistry and other sciences in schools that are not one dimensional like USP and MCPHS, but hey that is up to you. The atmosphere is just better in multi-faceted schools and the range of people is much more broad.
Hope it turns out well for you!

looking at what you’re choosing, i assume you’re in NJ. if that’s teh case, state universities will eb easier to get into. your sat is…fairly low. for a total of 2400, that’s a pretty low percentile. clubs and volunteering do help, but you’ll need more than that. you’re gpa is ok. out of state schools will be tougher to get into. rutgers is a school you might shoot for.

you’re a high match about Boston University, though your gpa is cutting it a little too close with that sat (which is well above average but not amazing) and no leadership positions. rutgers and penn state are proibably going to reject. why is your gpa that low? did you fail once? if that is the case and you can give a good explanation as to why, you might have better chances.
aim for public schools that have higher acceptance rates and will offer you good scholarships for your obvious talents in math and science and that will admire your evident passion.
