I don’t believe that online schools are seen as reputable like traditional schools such as the local county vo-tech school or community college (perhaps non-credit course). Some community colleges offer online courses as well. Please do consider looking into the lesser expensive program as to not have to be stuck with such a large bill if having difficulty finding work in that field. And please make sure that the program is accredited with a reputable organization within the medical billing field. I’ve heard that there are not too many jobs for the medical biller or coder (or medical assistant).

I go through Allied Medical Schools for medical coding and billing, its awesome. You can work at your own pace and its really reasonably priced.
