I'm not shure to be honest. I think every school has it's own requirements. Good grades at the undergrad level are a must! There is probably some kind of test which I could find out for sure from a friend of mine when I talk to her later. She is a P2 (2nd year Pharm student). Are you actually in the position to go into pharm school now or are you getting ready to enter undergrad? If so, you can take a pre-pharm curriculum, but a lot of people would probably recommend something dealing with chemistry. Pre pharm is impractical if you graduate and don't get into pharm school whereas you can still find things to do with a chemistry degree.
Another option for pharm school would be Campbell University in North Carolina. I don't know what the tuition is for pharmacy though. It's a private college and undergrads pay an arm and a leg, but grad students pay much less. It's actually cheaper to go there for a grad degree in education than it is to go to NC State! You could check into this easily by calling the university itself. Their number is located on their website www.campbell.edu.
