   Honestly? I’m not too particular with people charging you for something that you can well learn on your own. You’ve been to college, I’m sure that you’ll catch on right away. There are still some places that hire people who have not “graduated” from a program. You can try doing what I did. Get on-the-job training, get certified and work on your skill level from there. It’s really an easy job once you get the hang of it. It’s just intimdating at first because there seems to be so many things that you need to learn. Don’t fret. It’s do-able

   There is a great tech school here in Atlanta called Georgia Medical Institute and they have several branches throughout the metro area. I’m sure your town has an excellent school as well. Call them and inquire about their program. Good luck to you in your studies!

   well, i work for a third party processor for a pharmaceutical company, and i think the tech program is good for people. Honestly, you will be doing 99% of the work, and the rph’s will get paid 70000+ for supervising label slappage, but if you do want to be an rph it will prepare you to deal with insurance and everything else you would need to know. its a very good learning experience, and i would take the course.
