The six year program that you are talking about includes the two years of pre-pharmacy. The other four are the professional years. So just ask your counselor or registrar of your institution to be placed into the pre-pharmacy program, but please know that this is not a program that ends with a bachelor's degree since it is only two years long. I got into pharmacy school with a B.A. in psychology. I would pick a major that interests you first and foremost. For your listed prerequisites, a Biology major would include most of those classes.
