I am going to school to be a Pharmacy Technician, but I want to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree afterwards. Should I aim for a Pharmacist degree or a Health Services Administration degree? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It probably depends on what you want to do.
Most Pharmacy degrees are PharmD’s now, and roughly equivalent to a Master’s degree. You will need one of those if you want to dispense medicine.
If you want to go into administration, then a Health Administration degree will make sense, and you will be managing people more than checking to make sure the medication fits the patient needs.
If I were you, I’d start talking to both pharmacists and administrators, and see what their jobs are like, and what they majored in, and what they wish they had taken classes in, and what qualifications the people they are hiring today have (or do they wish they had). Then you can go get those things, and be employable (and maybe even have a few people to call on as you go through, and complete your education).
