I’m only 14, but I’m really interested in medicine, and know that I’m going into the medical field when I’m older. I’ve always wanted to move to Maryland, so I was searching universities in Maryland. These are all post-graduate medical programs (AFTER a bachelors degree). The School of medicine MD is the regular doctor med school, the school of pharmacy is to be come a pharmacist; the others are for PhDs and such. But really, one step at a time. You need to get into a good under graduate university & do your bachelors degree. THEN more of this will be clear as will your goal as to what you want to be within the medical field. So instead of focusing right now on graduate school, do research on undergraduate places you wish to go to. DOn’t forget, that you need to excel in the sciences: physics, calculus, biology, chemistry.
you have to have a bachelors degree to get into any of them, so you should think about undergrad programs first.
