I just recently got certified and i’m registered with the state but can’t land a pharmacy technician job because i don’t have any experience. but how can i get experience if no one wants to gave me a chance

I was on Craigs list Friday night and saw an ad for a mail order pharmacy in the Greenspoint area hiring pharmacy techs. with out experience. A hospital may be a place to look for the same thing because they are less likely to need many of them. This is a bad time of the year to be job hunting because all the HR people are on vacation for the holidays.
I have NEVER encountered a retail pharmacy (drugstore, supermarket) that has *required* applicants to have previous pharmacy experience. Most do require customer service experience, so if you don’t have any experience there, you are pretty much SOL.
It sounds to me like you are setting your sights too high. Are you applying at hospitals? In my area, the hospitals are looking for at least 3+ years of experience. Also, independent pharmacies usually require at least one year of experience.
They don’t all, otherwise eventually there would be NO pharmacy techs. Every working tech got his or her first job without having any experience.
That said, employers in almost any field prefer to hire someone with experience.
