Junior year:
AP US History (4 as well)

Senior year: (obviously haven taken any exams for it)

I also took just the AP Europe test, without the class, and got a 3.
My extracurricular includes various clubs, speech team member for 3 years, service organization, and been playing the violin for 8 years.

You should be able to get into Northeastern and URI easily. Your application looks a lot better than mine did. I went to Northeastern on the old 5 year program (right before they changed it to 6 years) and had an excellent experience. If I could do it again, I would probably go to URI though. It’s just a wonderful campus, great location, cheaper, etc.
You would first have to get a bachelor’s degree in chemistry/pre-pharmacy. After you get you B.A. then you need to start looking at pharmacy schools….but based on your GPA and excellent ACT score I would say you have a good chance of getting accepted into a very great university!!!
