Im a tenth grader from new york. my best subjects are math and science. my parents think pharmacy would be a good career for me wen im older. my gpa is a 3.6 and im in science research. If i wanted to become a pharmacist what colleges should i look into and what classes should i take in high school.

I myself am a Pharmacy student, and to be quite honest with you, high school classes don’t really have too much that prepare you for pharmacy in college. If you do really good in high level biology or chemistry, you can place out of those types of classes, and thats about it. Your best bet is to just keep up the good grades and be VERY involved in different organizations around your school. As far as schools are concerned, I go to Rutgers School of Pharmacy, and it is very highly ranked. Others also include St. Johns, Long Island University, and University of the Sciences in Philidelphia. Goodluck
