LEARN HOW TO BECOME A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN WITH THE ADVICE OF REAL PEOPLE
This Question From Pharmacy Technician Schools | 1 Answer
I want to become a pharmacy tech in California and I am aware that it is not necessary to go through any kind of pharmacy tech program to become a PT as long as you pass the PTCE. However I want to hear from people who have bypassed school and just took the test for certification. Without the previous hands on experience that a program would give you did it make it harder on you when you first started working? Would you recommened it over just going through with a program? Any advice would be great….also what books did you use to study?

If you are good in math, you’ll have no problem passing the exam. Most can pass after several months of working in a pharmacy.
